i was making this lovely sandwich for breakfast this morning when i asked myself " have you told anyone about this incredible bread?" & sadly my answer was" no:(" so, i am here sharing my breakfast with you:) the bread is from "kinnikinnick" they came out with a newer & better recipe. WOW! i know i say that a lot but i dont know how to spell the sound that usually comes out my face when i am tasting a yummy thing. but this bread is fab!!! im tellin ya! you'll love it. i love my bread toasted so this whole "needing to toast gf bread" is great with me & i have had it not toasted. its great then too!! great price, great size( compared to other brands) incredible taste, it holds up to whatever i got goin on on it!! im texting & eating this thing at the same time so i can test whether it will last hangin out for a bit.oh, the makins..... roast beast slathered in mayo, thin sliced red
onions, swiss cheese, more mayo to hold the onion in place & lettece for more crunch. yummmm!

oh, be still my heart!! do you know what that is?! that is a homemade blueberry pie!!! my hunnys very first attempt at a gf pie. hes made this pie in the past but not gf. the crust hes useing is a pre made one from a company called ...... he threw the wrapper out. oh, fail. ok, well, i know where he got it from so ill find out tomorrow. ill also let you know how it tastes!!;) hmmm, summer!!

tonight we are trying a couple items we picked up from gf joes grand opening. mushroom florentine pizza from contes pasta and mini crab bites from blue horizon. pizza had a couple extra toppins put on to suit our tastebuds and was excellent! the crab bites were served with a sweet chili aioli and tasted wonderful, but had an overly mushy texture. getting to work in a gf market will open opportunites for more samplings! lovin' it!

the real adventure begins;)

ok, ive figured it out!!! oh, so much has happened since my last post but im going to talk about whats happening now!!! i get to work at what is going to be the nations largest gluten free grocery store. it opens july 11th!!! i finally get to do my dream!! i get to talk gf, i get to be gf, i get to let others talk gf, i get to see the lastest, greatest gf food thats out there! i get to (when i remember) do a review of all the stuff thats there. this has been a dream of mine for at least 2 yrs. i still have my big goal of an all gluten free tea room. oh yes! it will happen!! my goal is to have it before or on my 50th birthday. i just turned 45 so ive got some time to prepare for this. but for right now, its a grocery store called G.F. Joes here in tacoma. oh just the story on how this all came about is incredible!!! ive had to learn trust like never before & know that theres this plan & it will be worked out i just need to be still, dont complain, & wait. oh, how good God is!!! what do i expect to gain from this?! well, more knowledge of course! satisfaction! the satisfaction in knowing i get to make a difference in someones life, to encourage that person that there is so much hope & fun in being gluten free! but you have to let it be a fun adventure! it is fun here, & like i said on my fb page, i intend to prove it to you!! its good here. its fun too!!! i will be letting you know how this all goes. & what great things there are to eat.
