i made this tonight. Molten Dulce de Leche Cakes. i found it in the aug issue of Bon Appetit. page 101. the reason im posting this is cuz some people ask me if you can take a reg recipe & make it gf. well, the answer is " most definitely!" i did. just now, with this. it came out wonderful. very yummy!! hubby said i should add a touch of salt next time round. the flour mix i used is as follows: 1 3/4 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup sweet rice flour, 3/4 cup corn starch, 2 tblsp tapioca flour(starch, same thing) & 1 tsp xanthen gum. mix the bageebees out of it. now this is for smaller stuff like this. i dont recommend it for bigger things like banana breads & things like that. use the whole 2 cups of rice flour. no sweet rice flour. the rest of the recipe is the same.i use a straight sweet rice blend for small stuff like cookies & gnocci(sp) not for scones, yes, it seems complicated & i guess it
is,but thats gf for ya. but hey,.... it can be done. & with a smile:) try the recipe .

i was making this lovely sandwich for breakfast this morning when i asked myself " have you told anyone about this incredible bread?" & sadly my answer was" no:(" so, i am here sharing my breakfast with you:) the bread is from "kinnikinnick" they came out with a newer & better recipe. WOW! i know i say that a lot but i dont know how to spell the sound that usually comes out my face when i am tasting a yummy thing. but this bread is fab!!! im tellin ya! you'll love it. i love my bread toasted so this whole "needing to toast gf bread" is great with me & i have had it not toasted. its great then too!! great price, great size( compared to other brands) incredible taste, it holds up to whatever i got goin on on it!! im texting & eating this thing at the same time so i can test whether it will last hangin out for a bit.oh, the makins..... roast beast slathered in mayo, thin sliced red
onions, swiss cheese, more mayo to hold the onion in place & lettece for more crunch. yummmm!
