pills. friend or foe

according to my facebook page i said that if it were Gods will id be able to blog tonight. it is. but this will be my second blog tonight. you wont be able to see the first one. neither will i for that matter. pills. yes. a big prob especilly if you dont read what your taking very carefully. i didnt. one paper said it was gluten free. right there in black and white. for all the world to see. i bought it. "B" complex. got it home and then read the back. WHEAT!!!! nice. i was lucky on that one. not so on the second one. i also needed natural E. i thought i would try a new one. it had selenium in it. after three days on it i was an absolute mess. focus gone, feeling weird, i felt glutented. hubby checked up on it. he didnt think that it was gluten but maybe it had been contaminated. it didnt matter to me. i was sick & i wanted it to stop. i had prayed about it before i figured it out. ive learned to give stuff like this to the Lord, he cares ,even about my gluten issues. im glad that i have him here with me in this. i cant do this without Him. and learning how to trust Him to take care of me when sometimes me or my hubby cant. its actually an awesome thing this release unto Him. anyway, read those backs on your pills. also look at your every day stuff like shampoo, lotion, face creams. some of you might be getting sick becouse of these things. im thankful its not that bad for me unless i injest it. only one thing i have has it. i just wash my hands after using it. pay attention to what your gtting. check, double check& triple check if you have to. the internet is a fab tool to use to learn all sorts of things. what companies care about us, and what they are doing to help keep us safe. its actually kinda cool. but some companies are only out for the big gluten free bucks. go to glutenfreeville.com and read gluten free moms story. very eye opening. i gotta go before my computer shuts off again. hey!!!! read your products. and be safe. the gluten free princess
